We asked Mark for a cover for our deck. He went above and beyond our wildest dreams by creating an outdoor oasis right here in our backyard. It's basically an outdoor room that has become an extension of our home!! We absolutely love it!! Mark is definitely our "go to guy"

Mark and his crew did an amazing job on our 1974 Manufactured Home in Green Trees. We basically gutted the whole home and Mark remodeled the whole inside from ceiling to floors. Installed drywall, all fresh paint, LVP flooring, all new bathroom all new kitchen cabinets. Very pleased with his workmanship and professionalism. Also made a friend in Mark as well.
Mark and his Teams have helped me on several occasions, from resurfaced decking, replacing decking and fencing, and an extensive removal project of the landscaping in the front yard. Mark Stillwell and his team have been excellent in performing a remodel of our 1957 mid-century home in Florence. We had a porch off the master bedroom but no master bath. Mark made a gorgeous bathroom for us in place of the porch. He completely replaced or repaired all of the worn siding on the house and painted and stained it to our specifications.<br>He replaced leaking sky lights, replaced doors, retiled floors, shower, and kitchen.<br>His work is first rate and everyone who has seen it has been very impressed.<br>His work would have been on budget had we not kept adding to the scope of his work. He was always accommodating to our changes even if he did roll his eyes.<br>The house has gone from simply old to stunning in a few short months. And Mark is really nice to work with. He kept us updated on timing, inspections, and a host of other minutiae.<br>I highly recommend Mark if you are looking to have remodeling done and the quality of the work is of utmost importance to you.
This contractor is a gem right here in Florence! Mark started with a major full exterior renovation from roof to painting and replacing siding. The results were so beyond my expectations that I hired him for two more interior projects. He listened to what I wanted from the consultation to the clearly written quote.<br><br>The crew was respectful, showed up on time, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Mark and his crew took our 45 square foot bathroom and made it into a 85 square foot bathroom with a 38 square foot steam shower tagged on. With extensive use of tile and beautiful mosaic tile flooring the bathroom has more of a spa feel. The shower has dual heads and flow control. Two glass block windows let in natural light to complement the controllable LED lighting in the shower and vanity area. The process to make the steam shower completely waterproof used a technical process using a product called Hydroblock. This process uses a triple layer system that wrapped the shower in three water proof layers before the tile was even added. Each layer was tested for leaks before tile was installed. I'm happy to say it was all documented and passed with no leaks. This remodel also included a living room change as a door was removed that use to lead to an unused office space. Mark's team also installed a beautiful picture window in the dining room to give more natural lighting and to give a view of the forest to the west of our home. All work was done very professionally and the work and communication with the other contractors to install the lighting and waterworks was all completed with a very smooth and open manner.
